Lynches River County Park is one of my most favorite places to be, and it's also one of the best local freebies around. With the sprawling park, nature trails and boardwalks, the huge Discovery Center and amazing tree bridge, it's a natural amusement park. Don't forget to check out the rock climbing wall, the Splash Pad. For a great mini vacation, rent one of their cabins and spend the day fishing or canoeing.
