Yesterday afternoon, I found a small, black and tan, female dog on Othello Road in Coward, in between Harvest Road and Henneghan Road. I called the shelter and the listed owner is Travis Waiters or a Travis Walters--apparently their paper records were illegible. If you know anything about the dog or Travis, please get in touch with me. The owner should be able to tell me what county her tags have. Thanks so much for your help!
